OnSite Associates was developed in 1994 by licensed massage therapist Mary Beth Packard. Packard became licensed for massage in 1986 and is a St. John Certified therapist.

Our mission is to provide exceptional massage therapy through our wide array of education and experience, with a sincere attitude of care and nurture. Our services and products reflect our clients' desires for well-being, comfort, and health.

Located in the Mallick Tower, 101 Summit Avenue, Ste. 114 near downtown Fort Worth.

Therapies range from rehabilitative to "mini" spa.

Clients can come to us or we can go to their location.*

* Clients must either be referred or come to the OSA office for an initial visit.
   Home visits are only Swedish Relaxation and Deep-Tissue Massage
   Office visits consist of seated massage sessions: $90 minimum.

Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday: 9am-3pm
